Our Loyalty programmes operate under the terms and conditions as set out herein below unless otherwise expressly stated.   • "Member" means a natural person who is admitted as a member of the Loyalty Program Member Services.
  • "Points" means the loyalty points earned or awarded for utilizing the services or facilities of Royal Orchid Hotel’s
  • "Reward" is the benefit and/or service that a member can avail of through redemption of his/her points.
  • Membership and benefits of Royal Rewards program are offered at the sole discretion of Royal Orchid Hotels
  • Loyalty Program shall be applicable only at Participating Hotels and /or Participating Restaurants.
  • Membership is open to individuals who are aged 18 years and above.
  • Enrolment onto Loyalty Program must be in the individual's full legal name and a government recognized proof of identification will need to be provided upon request.
  • All stays/vouchers upgrades are subject to availability
  • Points will not expire for an active member
  • An active member is defined as a member who has had at least 2000 eligible point earning transaction at participation RO hotels in a rolling 18 - month period"
  • Eligible spends include spends on room nights on eligible rates, food and beverage in rooms, restaurants, bars, spa and coffee shops
  • Spends on rooms booked on "ineligible rates", conferences, meetings, weddings, banquets and other similar functions not considered as eligible spends

"Ineligible rates" for room nights are defined as:

  • Room rates where booking is made via travel agencies or Online Travel Portal
  • Room rates for group bookings, conferences, weddings, events or organised tours
  • Rooms rate paid for by an existing member
  • Rooms booked partially or completely through point redemptions
  • Certain Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Spa’s may not be part of the program
  • Membership and benefits of the loyalty program are offered at the sole discretion of Royal Orchid Hotels.
  • Employees of Royal Orchid and its affiliates or subsidiaries and the employees of any joint ventures or company which owns and/or manages the aforesaid hotels (collectively 'Employees') are not eligible to enrol/participate in the Loyalty Program
  • Members cannot maintain membership in, or earn points, on multiple accounts. If more than one membership account is assigned to an individual, he/she will only receive Points for one membership account. Duplicate membership accounts may be cancelled.
  • All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and programme benefits shall be at the sole discretion of Royal Orchid Hotels
  • Two offers cannot be clubbed
